Nathan Volke, Councilman, Third District, is serving his first term on the Council. He grew up in Pasadena and attended Anne Arundel County Public Schools, graduating from Chesapeake High School. He is also a graduate of University of Maryland Baltimore County with a B.A. degree in Political Science and University of Baltimore with a J.D. degree. After graduating from law school, Mr. Volke clerked for Judge Paul F. Harris, Jr. on the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, then entered private practice where he currently concentrates on family law litigation.
He previously served on the Anne Arundel County Library Board of Trustees and was the Chair of the Anne Arundel County Republican State Central Committee. He is a member of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, Pasadena Business Association and the North County Republican Club.
Mr. Volke lives in Pasadena with his wife, Kristi, and their son, Luke.
