This is an appeal of the denial of a variance to allow a dwelling addition with less setbacks than required and with new lot coverage nearer to the shoreline than the closest façade of the existing principal structure and that does not comply with the location of a principal structure on a waterfront lot, on property known as 109 East Bay View Dr., Annapolis.
