The closed section of sidewalk at Bay Dale and College Pkwy has finally been opened. While I was pressing for the opening due to the line of sight for drivers trying to turn onto Bay Dale from College Pkwy east bound (my own photo below), residents were contacting the county over pedestrian concerns.
While it took longer than anyone wanted, it was a true team effort and I’m thrilled to see it open for both pedestrians and drivers.
Estimated completion for Phase 3 is late January/early February and weather dependent.
