This month I had the pleasure of attending the @Magothy River Association's (MRA) viewing of their living history video, “Fort Grey - Mount Misery: A Local Civil War Story.”
The short film was well received by a packed house at Boone Station Hall. MRA President Paul Spadaro spoke about the non-profit’s mission, historian Richard Striner spoke about the importance of historic preservation, and film producer.
MRA did a fantastic job bringing the story of this Severna Park location to life.
Charles Germain was awarded with a citation from the County Executive, presented by Councilwoman Amanda Fiedler - County Council District 5, for his work on bringing untold stories to life.
The video is scheduled to be released to the public on Tuesday, August 1!
