The Department of Recreation and Parks will host a virtual Town Hall meeting to present the draft 2022 Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation Plan (LPPRP) and receive citizen comments. The Plan evaluates the demand for parklands and recreational facilities based on need, proximity, and equity and outlines goals and priorities for the next five, ten, and fifteen years. The final meeting will be on Thursday, February 24, both at 6:30 pm. Please register to join Recreation and Parks via Zoom using the link below. Residents in attendance will be given two minutes each to share public testimony about the draft LPPRP and the future of our parks and recreation system.
