NEW: Virtual Public Forum on Comprehensive Zoning
The Draft Zoning Map and Planned Land Use Map for Region 4 will be available for public review from May 1 to June 1, 2023. During the same time period, property owners in Region 4 who would like to change the zoning on their property can file a zoning change application.
The Office of Planning and Zoning will host a Virtual Public Forum on Thursday, April 27, 2023. There will be two sessions, one at noon and one at 6:00 PM, that will explain how to use the comprehensive zoning public review tool, review the zoning change request application, and answer questions.
