AN ORDINANCE concerning: Licenses – Construction Trade Licenses – Utility Contractors – FOR the purpose of amending the scope of a utility contractor license to allow work on a single family dwelling water distribution, sewerage, or storm drain system, or component part, that connects to a public system; removing the requirement that a licensed plumber perform the connection from the structure to the system; and generally related to construction trade licenses.
