AN ORDINANCE concerning: Current Expense Budget – Chief Administrative Officer – Contingency Account – Capital Budget and Program – Failed Sewage&Private Well Fnd – Supplementary Appropriations – FOR the purpose of transferring an appropriation of funds from Chief Administrative Officer, Contingency Account, to the Office of Finance (Non-Departmental), Pay-as-you-Go Account; making a supplementary appropriation of funds from the Office of Finance (Non-Departmental), Pay-as-you-Go Account to the Failed Sewage&Private Well Fnd capital project, Project No. C501100; and amending the Capital Program and Capital Projects Bond Ordinance for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016.
