FOR the purpose of extending the appeal deadline and providing for the waiver of interest and penalties for stormwater remediation fees imposed in Fiscal Year 2014; providing for the retroactive application of this Ordinance; and generally relating to appeals of a stormwater remediation fee in Fiscal Year 2014.
