For the purpose of extending the Proclamation of Civil Emergency by the County Executive through April 4, 2020, or to the date the civil emergency proclamation for the State of Maryland is approved to be renewed, extended, or terminated by the Governor of the the State of Maryland or the Maryland General Assembly; and making this Ordinance an emergency measure.
