AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE concerning: Finance, Taxation and Budget – Revenue Reserve Fund – FOR the purpose of modifying the percentage and the class of revenue designated for appropriation to the Revenue Reserve Fund; making this Ordinance an emergency measure; and generally related to the Budget.
