FOR the purpose of authorizing the Lease of fourteen County-owned properties as more fully set forth herein, that are currently used by The Public Library Association of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County, Inc. to operate public library facilities and a headquarters facility pursuant to the Education Article, ยง 23-405, of the State Code.
