FOR the purpose of levying and imposing a property tax for the use of AAC for the taxable year beginning July 1, 2013, and ending June 30, 2014; fixing the rate of the County property tax for the taxable year; and establishing the service charges to be paid by a property owner electing to pay real property taxes and the solid waste service charge under a semiannual payment schedule.
