FOR the purpose of establishing the Anne Arundel County Pet Adoption and Rescue Fund as a special, nonlapsing fund; setting forth the purposes of the Fund and allowing other sources of funding for those purposes; providing for manner of the administration of the Fund; and generally relating to the Anne Arundel County Pet Adoption and Rescue Fund.
