FOR the purpose of establishing the stormwater remediation fee for nonresidential properties owned by certain charitable organizations; clarifying that the stormwater remediation fee is a State mandate; providing for the application of this Ordinance; and generally relating to the Watershed Protection and Restoration Fund and Program.
