FOR the purpose of defining certain terms; changing the stormwater remediation fee for certain dwellings in certain residential zoning districts; establishing certain grounds to appeal the imposition of a stormwater remediation fee; providing for the application of this Ordinance; and generally relating to the Watershed Protection and Restoration Fund and Program.
