FOR the purpose of amending a payment in lieu of taxes agreement for exemptions from County real property taxes for certain properties owned by the Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County ; authorizing the County Executive to enter into a certain first amendment to a payment in lieu of taxes agreement with the Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County; and providing for the time and terms under which the payment in lieu of taxes and tax exemptions will take effect.
