AN ORDINANCE concerning: Zoning – Requirements for Conditional Uses – Workforce Housing

Introduced by Ms. Pickard and by Ms. Pickard, Chair (by request of the County Executive) and Ms. Hummer

FOR the purpose of altering the percentage of home ownership units and rental units that are required be occupied by a household with less than a certain median income for workforce housing located in an R5 or R10 zoning district under certain circumstances; providing for the maximum density for workforce housing located in an R5 or R10 zoning district under certain circumstances; and generally relating to zoning.
