FOR the purpose of modifying certain permit, investigation, application, inspection, reinspection, and renewal fees collected by the Department of Inspections and Permits; modifying the limit on refunds related to certain unissued permits; modifying the penalty for occupancy without a certificate of occupancy; providing for automatic adjustment of certain fees under the Construction Code and of grading permit fees; making certain technical and stylistic changes; providing for the effective date; and generally relating to fees collected by the Department of Inspections and Permits.
