FOR the purpose of exempting farm dual uses from site development plans; adding certain definitions of various agricultural practices and associated uses; adding certain criteria for a zoning certificate of use for a farm dual use; adding farm dual uses as a conditional use in certain residential zoning districts; adding the requirements for conditional use of farm dual uses; revising certain Code enforcement practices for agricultural uses; and generally relating to subdivision and development and zoning.
