FOR the purpose of amending an exemption of the site development plan process to increase the amount of additional cumulative floor area and impervious surface that results from improvements to existing structures outside the critical area or bog protection area; requiring an increase in impervious surface to be managed and reviewed; and generally relating to subdivision and development.
