Neri Ordaz is an experienced statistical analyst and has managed customer experience in the financial sector and worked to improve customer interactions at every touchpoint. As a language learner, Neri spent years working internationally and worked at a market research firm and developed her skills in survey design and implementation, analyzing trends and root cause analysis. Neri is passionate about helping her community and learning about the world. She volunteered at ForHer, a local San Antonio non-profit organization, and hopes to continue her volunteer work in the area.
Neri Ordaz has her BS in Economics from Stetson University and MA in Business Informatics from the Higher School of Economics Moscow.
