Crownsville, MD (December 5, 2022) - Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman released his inaugural remarks outlining his second term vision. Priorities include Crownsville, continuing efforts to reduce gun violence, increasing kindergarten readiness, improving the transparency and efficiency of county government; protecting county land, and the affordability of housing.
“We stood in the geographic center of our county today to intentionally place ourselves in history so that we can begin the process of healing,” said County Executive Pittman. “We must heal from the things that divided us and move forward in partnership and with faith that our brilliant battle-tested public servants and leaders will continue to deliver for our residents in this second term.”
