Club 164

Conceived in 2019 and fully funded just two years later, Club 164 officially opened its doors on September 18, 2021. Their goal? To provide an inclusive space for individuals seeking a social environment that encourages their sobriety. The Club contains a non-alcoholic bar and lounge, state-of-the-art entertainment system, game room, and community meeting spaces. They also provide a childcare program during some hours each day so that parents in recovery can focus on their sobriety without the additional challenge of finding nearby childcare.

At Club 164, there are over 60 meetings each week that occur at different times of the day. From Rise N’ Shine in the morning to Candlelit Meditation Meeting at night, there are numerous opportunities to celebrate and encourage sobriety among an inclusive community of individuals facing similar struggles. The Club also offers exciting weekly events such as Trivia Night and Ping-Pong Thursdays.

While Club 164 promotes sobriety via a twelve-step program, they are not affiliated in any way with Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). Club 164 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a board of directors separate from that of AA. AA meetings held at Club 164 rent meeting room space from the Club and operate as an entirely separate entity.

To request further information about Club 164, visit their Contact Page. To rent an event space, fill out a quick questionnaire on their Reservations Page. Club 164 is open to everyone seeking a fun, sober environment. They are located at 2016 Industrial Drive in Annapolis. Before visiting, Club 164 respectfully requests that you review their Club Policies to maintain a safe and orderly space for everyone.
