After the success of our first training cohort, which focused on fundraising and sustainability, we are pleased to open applications for two new cohorts for 2024. Both cohorts are being offered in conjunction with the Maryland Association of Nonprofits.
The Strategic Planning cohort will run January through April and include seven training sessions (3 in-person; 4 online). Sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 3-5pm. Members of the 10-group cohort will leave with a draft work plan and be ready to complete the full process within their personalized timeframe. This cohort is ideal for younger organizations that may not have a strategic plan. Click here for details and a link to the application.
The Grant Writing cohort will include eleven sessions (5 in person; 6 online) held from February through June on Thursdays from 3-5pm. Participants will complete the cohort completed sections of competitive grant of their choice. This cohort is ideal for both new and established organizations seeking to increase their grant success rate. Click here for details and a link to the application.
