Upgrade to Medical Response - Cape Saint Claire
The Anne Arundel County Fire Department is excited to announce an upgrade in emergency medical response capabilities in the Cape St. Claire area. Station 19 has recently upgraded Ambulance 19, formerly a basic life support (BLS) ambulance staffed with two Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to Medic Unit 19, outfitted with Advanced Life Support (ALS) equipment.
Medic Unit 19 will be staffed around the clock with an EMT and Paramedic that can provide a higher level of care during traumatic events and medical emergencies. For more information, visit our Facebook page.
