Greg Africa, Director of the Department of Inspections and Permits has appointed Raghavenderrao (Raghu) Badami, PE, CC-P, as Acting Assistant Director overseeing Engineering, Site Development, Forestry and Code Compliance Divisions effective June 1, 2021.
Badami has over 17 years’ experience in land development and related areas with a primary focus in stormwater management and water resources including site design and planning, utilities and storm drainage, stormwater best management practices (BMPs), watershed assessment and planning, restoration at site and watershed scale, MS4 reporting, planning, reviewing, permitting, design, installation, construction, as-building and maintenance of BMPs.
