Northern District
Assault; Weapons Offense / Glen Burnie

On September 12, 2020 at approximately 4:10 p.m. officers responded for a report of a male with a gun in the 6400 block of Jefferson Place in Glen Burnie. Upon arrival officers learned about an hour earlier, a black male suspect pointed a handgun at the victims before running off. The victims called the police an hour later after seeing the suspect a second time. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. No threats or injuries were reported during this incident. Northern District detectives are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact 410-222-6135.

Eastern District
CDS Violation (Arrest) / Glen Burnie

On Friday, September 11, 2020 at approximately 9:00 p.m. detectives from Eastern District conducted a traffic stop of a 2003 Chevrolet Suburban in the area of Interstate 97 and Quarterfield Road in Glen Burnie. Information obtained by detectives during the stop led to a search of the vehicle resulting in the recovery of approximately 56.83 grams of suspected crack cocaine, approximately 23.96 grams of suspected marijuana, 42.08 grams of suspected THC edibles and an operable digital scale. Also seized was $868.00 U.S. Currency and a handheld electronic stun gun. The driver was arrested and charged accordingly.

Western District
Shots Fired / Severn

On Friday, September 11, 2020 at approximately 7:15 p.m. officers from the Western District responded for gunshots in the 8200 block of Dunfield Court. The investigation revealed there were multiple subjects shooting at each other. No one was reported to have been injured. All subjects fled on foot prior to officers arriving on scene. There were three vehicles that received damage from gunshots. Officers were unable to identify any victims, witnesses, or suspects at this time. The Evidence Collection Unit was able to gather evidence from the scene. Investigators believe this to have been a targeted incident and not a random act of violence. Southern District
Burglary (Arrest) / Davidsonville

On September 13, 2020 at approximately 4:15 p.m. officers responded for a burglary at the Maryland Farm Bureau located at 3358 Davidsonville Road in Davidsonville. A witness reported seeing two juveniles inside the facility causing damage to the property. Upon arrival, officers located the juveniles who were charged on juvenile citations and released to their parents.
