The Nonprofit Center is pleased to announce the Nonprofit Events Hub (NEH). This online tool is a comprehensive, one-stop-shop designed to connect Anne Arundel County residents with local nonprofits. Nonprofits can submit free or low cost events to the NEH in just a few easy steps. If the event meets our submission guidelines, it will appear on the NEH in as little as three business days and most times much sooner. If organizations are looking for individuals to volunteer at events, they can note that too.
The public can search for events by date and category. Categories include arts and culture, children and youth, education, environment, health and wellness, housing, hunger, social justice and more. Events focusing on individuals with disabilities, Veterans, LGBTQ+ and underserved populations are also listed. We plan to add a filter by geographical area soon.
If you know of events that are not listed here (and there are many), please share a link to the NEH with the event organizers. You can also help us advertise by printing and posting this flyer in your local community.
The NEH is in a pilot testing phase but with enough users, it will become a permanent resource. Please share with your networks and help us make the NEH the place people check first for nonprofit events and programs in Anne Arundel County.
