Police Press Release - April 22, 2024

Detectives assigned to the Northern District are investigating a non-contact shooting that took place on April 21, 2024, at approximately 12:30 a.m. on April 21, 2024. A suspect riding a red and white motorcycle on Audrey Avenue fired several gunshots into the air, then fled on Audrey Avenue towardKramme Avenue. Responding officers located several spent shell casings at the scene. Detectives are investigating the armed robbery of Bill’s Liquors, located at 1688 Annapolis Road in Odenton. On April 21, 2024, at approximately 10:20 p.m., two black male suspects in dark clothing and masks entered the store and demanded money from the register, while one of the males implied he was armed with a handgun. Detectives are investigating a robbery of the Highs store located at 1624 Annapolis Road in Severn. At approximately 1:40 a.m. on April 22, 2024, a black male suspect dressed in dark clothing and a mask approached the counter, implied he had a handgun, and demanded money from the register.
