On May 10, 2024, at approximately 12:35 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop of a blue 2004 Honda Accord on Route 100 near Catherine Avenue in Pasadena. During the stop, the officer recovered 224 gel caps containing approximately 100 grams of suspected Heroin/Fentanyl, 88 vials containing approximately 205 grams of suspected crack cocaine, 53 suspected Alprazolam pills, 18 suspected Oxycodone pills, two cell phones, and $1,193.00 U.S. currency. The passenger had an open arrest warrant. Both the driver and passenger were taken into custody.

Search Warrant / CDS; Weapons Violation - Pasadena

In March 2024, Eastern District Narcotics Team detectives received information regarding possible CDS distribution. The investigation led to the execution of a search warrant at a residence in the 100 block of Broadway in Pasadena on May 14, 2024. The search resulted in the seizure of a loaded Taurus 9mm handgun, 20 suspected Adderall pills, and approximately 1,270 grams of suspected cannabis. The subject of the investigation was arrested and charged.
