Robbery (Citizen) - Hanover

On June 15, 2024, at approximately 1:40 a.m., officers responded for a robbery of a citizen in the 7700 block of Milestone Parkway in Hanover. The victim reported noticing two male suspects following him while walking on Milestone Parkway. The suspects continued to follow the victim to the Wawa and assaulted him. During the assault, the suspects stole the victim's bag containing his phone. They then fled the scene on foot. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of his non-life-threatening injuries. Officers conducted a canvas of the area for the suspects but could not locate them. Detectives assigned to the Western District are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact 410-222-6155.

Attempted Robbery (Citizen) - Severn

Detectives assigned to the Western District Detective Unit are investigating a citizen robbery that occurred at noon on June 15th in the 8200 block of Averill Court in Severn. The investigation revealed several teenage male suspects approached a 47-year-old male victim who was seated in his vehicle. One of the suspects pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded cash. The victim drove off, and the suspects fled. Western District Detectives are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact 410-222-6155 or the Tip Line at 410-222-4700.

Attempted Robbery (Citizen) - Severn

On June 16, 2024, at approximately 9:50 a.m., officers responded to the area of Stillmeadows Drive and Jacobs Road for a report of a citizen armed robbery. The Investigation revealed a group of male juveniles attempted to rob a 59-year-old male victim at gunpoint. A witness shouted, and the suspects fled but were quickly apprehended by responding officers. The handgun was not recovered. Detectives believe this incident may be related to the June 15th attempted robbery in Severn (Case # 24-721482).

Robbery (Commercial) - Crofton

On June 17, 2024, at approximately 4:40 a.m., officers were dispatched to a silent holdup alarm activated at the 7-Eleven at 1044 Crain Highway North in Crofton. Upon arrival, it was determined that two male suspects, described as Black males (B/M) wearing all-black clothing, entered the store and approached the counter. The suspects implied they were armed and demanded cash registers. The suspects fled the scene in a waiting white pickup truck, carrying two cash registers and a bag of Newport cigarettes. The driver of the vehicle remains unidentified. Further investigation revealed the same suspects stole merchandise from the Royal Farms before robbing the 7-Eleven. Detectives assigned to the Regional Crimes Unit are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact 410-222-4730.
