Robbery (Citizen) - Glen Burnie

On June 24, 2024, at approximately 8:45 p.m., officers were called to the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center to meet with a victim of a robbery who was injured during the incident. The 53-year-old male victim told officers he was assaulted and robbed by two unknown males at approximately 7:30 p.m. in the area of Phirne Road and Glen Mar Road in Glen Burnie. During the robbery, one of the suspects stabbed the victim with an unknown object, causing a non-life-threatening injury. The suspects fled the scene with the victim’s wallet and cell phone. Residential Burglary - Laurel

On June 25, 2024, at approximately 12:50 a.m., officers responded to a residence in the 8200 block of Brushyridge Road for a burglary in progress. Responding officers located three male suspects inside a vacant apartment. The suspects fled on foot; one of the suspects was apprehended after a brief foot pursuit. A second suspect was located with the assistance of K9 “Yago” and additional officers, and K9 “Quinn” led officers to a loaded stolen 9mm handgun located in the area where the second suspect was apprehended.
