Amber Barnett
Assistant Director, Office of Equity and Human Rights
Amber Barnett is the Assistant Director of Equity in the Office of Human Rights. Amber was previously the Director of Race and Equity Programs for Arlington County, Virginia, where she developed and implemented interdependent initiatives to advance equity throughout County Government. Prior to her work with Arlington County government, Amber worked in education. She holds a Masters Degree in Higher Education Administration from Morgan State University, and a Bachelor's in Biology from the University of Maryland - Eastern Shore.
