Homeowners Association Documents Checklist and Submittal Requirement

The Anne Arundel County Office of Planning and Zoning, in coordination with the Department of Inspections and Permits, provides the attached guidance memo and documents checklist to notify all interested parties of the minimum requirements for Homeowners Association (HOA) documents. The purpose of this checklist is to ensure that the HOA documents clearly articulate the obligations of the HOA.
