Serious Motor Vehicle Crash - Hanover

On August 30, 2024, at approximately 1:45 a.m., officers responded to Route 100 West near Arundel Mills Boulevard for a multiple-vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that a 2024 Toyota Corolla was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of Route 100 when it struck a 2014 Nissan Murano, causing the Murano to overturn. The Murano collided with a 2014 Toyota Camry and a 2024 Nissan Altima. The Anne Arundel County Fire Department transported the Toyota Corolla and Nissan Murano drivers to the University of Maryland R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore. The driver of the Toyota Camry was taken to the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center. The Altima driver was treated at the scene. The Traffic Safety Section is investigating this crash.
