RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE CHANGES

As required by § 3-1-105 of the Anne Arundel County Code, the Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing to consider amendments to certain sections of the Rules of Practice and Procedure. Any amendments for the Board to consider shall be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the hearing. Please submit amendments via U.S. Mail to AACO Board of Appeals, 44 Calvert St., Room 160, Annapolis, MD 21401, the Board’s drop-box located at the front entrance of the Arundel Center (44 Calvert St., Annapolis), or email to dbussey@aacounty.org.
