Traffic Collision / Drug Violation - Annapolis

On December 17, 2024, at approximately 8:20 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of Tower Place and Forest Drive for a report of a traffic collision involving a red Toyota Prius. Upon arrival, officers observed a pipe consistent with narcotics use inside a purse belonging to one of the occupants. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed approximately 108.88 grams of an unknown white, powdery substance, approximately 22.61 grams of suspected crack cocaine in packaging, and additional paraphernalia tools consistent with drug use were located as well. The driver of the vehicle was charged and taken into custody.
