This is an appeal of the denial of a variance to allow dwelling additions (one-story screen porch, living space, covered porch, balcony, deck and steps to grade) with less setbacks than required, disturbance to slopes 15% or greater, new lot coverage nearer to the shoreline than the principal structure, and that does not comply with the designated location of a principal structure on a waterfront lot, on property known as 115 Boone Trail, Severna Park.
