These are appeals of the denial of a variance to allow an accessory structure (freestanding deck) with new lot coverage nearer to the shoreline than the existing principal structure, disturbance to slopes of 15% or greater and with less setbacks than required, and the denial of a modification to Article 17-6-403, Disturbance of the 25-foot Steep Slopes Buffer, on property known as 942 Long Cove Rd., Glen Burnie.
