Making The Best Place is my job, but it’s also yours if you live in Anne Arundel County. That’s why I’ve created Pittman’s Pen, a space where I can speak directly to you about the progress we’re making.
Sometimes I’ll focus on the big picture, like the role of government in solving our problems. Often I’ll tell stories, true stories, about things in our county that impress me. When I see effective work being done, I want people to know about it. I want people to replicate it.
But mostly, I need a place to really communicate - to go deeper than Twitter, Facebook, quotes in the press, and even newspaper columns.
