A public meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Broadneck High School, 1265 Green Holly Drive, Annapolis, MD 21409. During the meeting, DPW will discuss the need for a land use conversion of the parcel of land adjacent to the Cape St. Claire Fire Station, located at 1411 Cape St. Claire Road. The land use conversion is part of the plan to replace the Cape St. Claire Fire Station in upcoming years to give it more room. During this project, the Cape St. Claire Park’s parking lot, which is on the conversion land, will be replaced.
