I had the pleasure of attending the swearing in of the new Eastern District Police Community Relations Council (PCRC) officers, by Captain Smith.
I brought another citizen with me, our oldest, to see first hand the good work our police department does. It absolutely made his night to meet Executive Officer, Lt. Gilmer, Captain Smith and Sheriff Fredericks.
