The Eastern District PACT unit sponsore a 'Cram the Cruiser' event to help provide items for residents of assisted living and nursing home facilities. The purpose of the event is to work with the community to get donations for activities that the residents of these facilities can enjoy.
Drop off items to the Eastern District station or bring items to the next Police Community Relations Council (PCRC),
Thank you to our Eastern District PACT team for putting this together in partnership with the Department of Aging.
The District 5 Council office was happy to contribute some puzzle books, card games, , coloring books, and colored pencils. Our community was so gracious that more than one cruiser was crammed and items will make their way to local assisted living facilities.
