The Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works is pleased to announce that Severn Road has been selected for reconstruction. This project will consist of roadway pavement rehabilitation, replacement of existing concrete curb and gutter as needed to improve existing drainage, replacement of existing concrete driveway aprons where applicable, spot replacement of existing concrete sidewalk and upgrades to ADA Sidewalk Ramps. The limits of construction on Severn Road are from Benfield Road to Cul-De-Sac at Blue Lake Drive. Work is scheduled to begin on or about September 15, 2020 (weather permitting).
