To meet the requirements of the NPDES MS4 permit, the County has identified a stormwater outfall to Forked Creek as an ideal candidate for repair. The outfall is located o Broadneck Elementary School property off Shore Acres Road in Arnold, and ends at a culvert under Greenhill Court. BWPR staff will present the goals and plans for the project.
