An important day for Anne Arundel County's Watermen. Officials, friends, and neighbors joined together to commemorate new law passed unanimously by the County Council and signed by County Executive Steuart Pittman.
After years of uncertainty, the watermen of Whitehall Beach (and watermen in similar situations) now have an opportunity and future. An issue that came to my attention while knocking on doors, now has resolve. There were a lot of hugs and smiles. A bill-signing I won't soon forget.
