Information from the Office of Emergency Management

As the Heat Index rises over the next 7 days, please be aware of the following symptoms of heat exhaustion in yourself or your colleagues: 
• Headache, dizziness, or fainting
• Weakness and wet skin
• Irritability or confusion
• Thirst, nausea, or vomiting
 
Be sure to say hydrated and take breaks as needed to stay cool!
