Burglary/Recovered Stolen Auto - Glen Burnie

On March 21, 2023, at approximately 3:00 a.m., officers responded for a report of suspicious subjects in the 7900 block of Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard in Glen Burnie. The complainant advised that they observed a group of male subjects with black clothes and ski masks walking/pushing a motorcycle behind the Sun Valley Shopping Center. As officers arrived, they made contact with four subjects behind the business. The group discarded the motorcycle and fled on foot. Officers pursued the group on foot and apprehended one of them. During their investigation, officers learned that the motorcycle was stolen from a shed in the 100 block of Herbert Court. The suspect was arrested and charged accordingly. Recovered Stolen Vehicle/Firearm/CDS Violation

On March 20, 2023, at approximately 9:30 p.m., detectives from the Eastern District Tactical Patrol Unit and Tactical Narcotics Team observed a stolen 2020 white Honda Pilot on Mountain Road near Catherine Avenue in Pasadena. The vehicle had recently fled from police on several occasions. Officers observed the vehicle until it was parked at a residence in the 100 block of Glen Road in Glen Burnie. Three occupants were taken into custody. The following items were located within the vehicle and were seized:

40 gel caps of suspected heroin (approx. 12.52 grams)

3 tied baggies containing suspected crack cocaine (approx. 5.12 grams)

Loaded 9mm polymer 80 semi-automatic handgun (no serial number) 

The three occupants were arrested and charged accordingly. One of the occupants was found to have two open arrest warrants.

On March 20, 2023, at approximately 3:30 p.m., officers responded to an address in the 7900 block of Nolpark Court to serve a court order. Officers were familiar with the subject of the court order, who was known to flee upon observing officers, and set up a perimeter prior to attempting service. As officers made contact with the subject and two of their associates, all three subjects attempted to flee on foot. Officers were able to apprehend all three subjects. During their investigation, officers recovered a loaded black/pink semi-automatic handgun and approximately 473 grams of suspected marijuana from two of the subjects. Both subjects were arrested and charged accordingly.
