Northern District
Robbery - Baltimore

On January 29, 2023, at approximately 2:00 p.m., Northern District officers were approached by a victim who indicated that they were robbed in the 5200 block of 6th Street in Baltimore approximately 30 minutes earlier. The victim advised that he was delivering food for Ultimate Pizza at an address on 6th Street when two suspects approached him. The male suspect had his hand concealed inside his jacket pocket and demanded the victim's money. The female suspect went to the victim's vehicle and took the delivery bag from the passenger seat. The suspects fled, got into a silver sedan, and drove off in the direction of Baltimore.  Northern District detectives are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact 410-222-6135 or the Tip Line at 410-222-4700.

  1. Black male, skinny, wearing a black ski mask, black beanie, black hoodie, and black shoes
  2. Black female, large build, wearing a black hoodie, light-colored face mask, black pants, and black shoes

Eastern District
Indecent Exposure - Pasadena

On January 28, 2023, at approximately 1:30 p.m., officers responded for a report of an indecent exposure that just occurred in the 1300 block of Old Water Oak Point Road in Pasadena. The victim reported that she and her daughter were walking in the area of Rockanna Road and Old Water Oak Point Road when a white, late-model Mazda sedan drove up to them. The victim stated that the vehicle was being driven by a white male, 20-25 years of age, with red hair and a red beard. The victim advised that the man spoke briefly and then drove away, only to return moments later. When the vehicle approached the second time, the driver's pants were down, and his genitals were exposed. The victim grabbed her daughter and ran to a nearby residence. The suspect vehicle left the neighborhood in an unknown direction. Suspect: White male, 20-25 years of age, with close-cut red hair and a red beard. Operating a white late model Mazda sedan. 

Eastern District
First-Degree Assault - Arnold

On January 29, 2023, at approximately 1:00 p.m., officers responded for a report of an assault that just occurred at a residence in the 700 block of Long Meadow Way in Arnold. The victims advised that while they were speaking with the juvenile suspect, he produced a hatchet and began swinging it toward them and threatening them. During the confrontation, the suspect made threats to shoot the victims. Prior to leaving, the suspect damaged the victim’s vehicle with the hatchet. Officers were able to locate the suspect, who was arrested and charged accordingly.

Western District 
Shooting (Non-Contact) - Severn

On January 29, 2023, at approximately 1:00 p.m., officers responded for a report of shots being fired in the area of Pioneer Drive and Deerfield Drive in Severn. Upon arrival, officers learned that an unknown male fired several rounds in the direction of the Orchard Food Market, 1159 Reece Road. After firing the shots, the suspect ran toward the Still Meadows community. At the scene of the incident, officers found six spent shell casings behind 8226 Severn Orchard Circle. While officers were conducting their investigation, they did not receive any reports of physical injuries or property damage. Suspect: Black male in his early 20s, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, face mask, and jeans.

Southern District
First-Degree Assault (Stabbing) - Annapolis

On January 27, 2023, at approximately 7:50 a.m., officers responded to Bowen Farm Supply for a reported stabbing. Officers determined there was a verbal argument between two male employees that escalated into a physical altercation, during which one of the individuals was stabbed.  The suspect left the area prior to police arrival, however, he was located at his residence in Annapolis and taken into custody. The 49-year-old victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
